I’m taking a break from Modavia blogging for a bit to do some of the challenges I started last week, first up is Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color and the second week was the color Blue! When I first attempted this challenge, I started off with blue as opposed to grey, I did a casual look that showcased some denim pieces and my aim was that I avoided denim at all cost at my second attempt. I ended up with a look that’s rather different from the usual type of styling I did, but for some odd reason, I really thought it fits the skin well.
Inaya’s Lykli skin is a skin that I bought because it was terribly interesting as opposed to the regular pretty cute skins, I never got a chance to wear it for blogging purposes, so this will be my first time trying it on. I do occasionally have my moods where I switch to completely ethnic skins, it’s a fun way to change your look up using the same shape.
I tinted Beetlebone’s Light Cardigan slightly to get a more royal blue effect, I’m glad sue ended up not retiring this cardigan and putting it in her store because it’s truly one of my favorite pieces from her. I’m a huge fan of cardigans like this in real life, it’s easy to wear and just uber comfy. The pop of red from Yozoh’s skirt helps break up the mass of blue, although this item is a retired piece, you can achieve the same effect with any high waisted skirt and belt.
