‘…Take time to realize,
That your warmth is
Crashing down on in.
Take time to realize,
That I am on your side
Didn’t I, Didn’t I tell you…’
~ Colbie Caillat
You know when this time of year rolls into sl, it really is a blast cause there’s so many awesome sculpted greatness to sport. I’ve been collecting a few of these pieces lately and decided to put out some looks with them. Winter/Fall trends ftw~
I’m so glad 50 Lindens Black Friday rolled about and epoque released these awesome sculpted beanies! I loooveee beanies in rl and a good one in sl makes me happy! Epoque’s Baggy Knit Hat is shown all throughout the looks showing you guys how easily it sits above hair and the awesome color choices that you can pick from. Unfortunately it was only for 50L fridays ~ so I really hoped you guys dropped by to pick it up! more?
Boy, I haven’t done one of these skin reviews in a while and it’s my honor and pleasure to introduce Vive9′s brand new addition, Cailyn! Some of you might remember Cailyn being first brought into the grid during Designers United Round 2; Blu then worked on more makeup ready to be released this Friday during her sim’s grand opening! She’s currently still working on a few more make ups (I think) and my review might just be a tad bit incomplete, so i’ll just showcase whatever that I do have and I hope you guys will go rush down and grab em during her opening ^^
Not to forget, Blu is also now dabbling in clothes and hair so her sim will feature all of those as well! There will be homes for rent which I think is a brilliant way to have a community within a commercial sim, something I’ve experienced before whilst living in Hbox. So if you’re looking for a place to stay, be sure to check out those available in Blu’s brand new sim. more?
Poncho; a blanket like cloak with a hole in the center to admit the head, originating in South America, now often worn as a raincoat.
So the feeds have probably been over saturated by LeLutka releases by now, but can you find reasons why it shouldn’t be? I know I can’t! I’ve never exactly featured LeLutka before in my previous posts (I don’t think) but I do think that they’re masterminds of sculpting and a lot of their items are just must have for ones exploding inventory. I’ve learnt to appreciate them more as I learn to create myself and it baffles me how brilliantly sculpted a lot of their pieces are and this one in particular isnít their newest release but it certainly is the one that caught my eye most. The Corinth Poncho is just incredible sculpting genius and it makes you thank the lords that second life introduced sculpted prims or weíd never get anything quite as amazing in world.
The Corinth poncho has brilliant texturing as well, it looks so real and actually fits really well on the body which means you can still wear an AO and look fab in this! I’ve decided to feature 3 different looks for this fabulous Poncho, hoping I do justice to it’s amazingness ^^ more?
winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all ~ stanley horowitz
Hiyaa~~ So long overdue! Iíve been having the idea of starting afresh on a new blog for quite some time now; something neater with better formatting to really showcase the fashion within second life and also to integrate the updates of my new store. I finally did eet!! *spanks dustless blog* Hee, so from now onwards, all blog posts will be done here and so will store updates and all kindsa new awesome goodies!
Nov 16 will mark my 9 month anniversary of blogging, I know most people celebrate on a year-to-year basis as Tomoyo Brietman nicely reminded me, but I thought 9 was a good number for a celebration and an excuse for why I have a new blog heh. I really hope you like the layout of how things will be now ^^
So! For the first ever entry on my new blog, I decided to embrace fall/autumn whatever you’d like to call it; it’s a great time for jackets, something that we nearly forgot during the summer, but no heavy cumbersome winter wear which although snuggly can get too bulky~ I think fallís a great time to embrace colors too, since nature itself starts turning different shades during this time of year. more?
